 DraftHouzz LLC — Terms & Conditions

1. IntroductionThese Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DraftHouzz LLC (“DraftHouzz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) services, website, digital platforms, and any drafting‑related deliverables we provide. By engaging with DraftHouzz, submitting a project request, or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
2. Nature of ServicesDraftHouzz provides drafting support services only, including but not limited to:

• CAD drafting
• BIM modeling
• Construction documentation
• Redlines, revisions, and as‑built updates
• Specialized drafting support for architectural, engineering, construction, and design teams

All drafting work is performed by our internal team and our offshore drafting specialists.
DraftHouzz does not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, permitting, inspection, or any other professional services that require licensure in any jurisdiction.
3. No Stamping, Sealing, or Legal AuthorizationDraftHouzz and its offshore team do not stamp, seal, certify, approve, or authorize any drawings, models, or documents for:

• Local building departments
• State or federal agencies
• International regulatory bodies
• Any authority having jurisdiction (AHJ)

We do not act as the Architect of Record (AOR), Engineer of Record (EOR), or any legally recognized design professional.All responsibility for code compliance, regulatory adherence, and final approval lies solely with the client, project owner, or requesting party.
4. Client ResponsibilitiesBy using DraftHouzz services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for reviewing all drafts, drawings, and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
• You must ensure that a licensed professional (architect, engineer, or other qualified authority) reviews, approves, and stamps any documents intended for permitting, construction, or regulatory submission.
• You will not represent DraftHouzz’s work as legally certified, approved, or compliant without proper professional review.
• You will not rely on DraftHouzz for legal, structural, architectural, engineering, or safety determinations.

DraftHouzz provides drafting assistance only, based on the information, sketches, markups, and instructions you provide.
5. Accuracy of Information Provided by ClientDraftHouzz’s output is dependent on the accuracy and clarity of the information you provide. You agree that:

• All measurements, specifications, markups, and instructions you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• DraftHouzz is not liable for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear information.
• You will verify all dimensions and details before using any draft for construction or permitting.

6. Limitations of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:

• DraftHouzz is not liable for any damages, losses, delays, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our drafts or documents.
• DraftHouzz is not responsible for construction errors, code violations, structural issues, or regulatory rejections.
• DraftHouzz provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, regulatory compliance, or professional certification.

All deliverables are provided “as‑is” for drafting support purposes only.
7. Offshore Drafting SupportDraftHouzz utilizes a vetted offshore drafting team with extensive experience in CAD and BIM workflows. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to:

• Drafting work being performed by offshore specialists
• Secure handling of project files in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Communication and collaboration between DraftHouzz and offshore team members

All offshore work is supervised and quality‑checked by DraftHouzz.
8. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise agreed in writing:

• DraftHouzz retains ownership of all drafting methodologies, templates, and proprietary workflows.
• Clients retain ownership of their original designs, concepts, and project information.
• DraftHouzz grants clients a non‑exclusive license to use the drafted documents for the intended project.

9. Payment TermsPayment terms, invoicing schedules, and refund policies are defined in your service agreement or project proposal. DraftHouzz reserves the right to suspend work for non‑payment.
10. Revisions & TurnaroundRevisions are subject to the scope outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees.Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and workload.
11. Website UseBy using the DraftHouzz website, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Copy or redistribute website content without permission
• Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes

12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
13. Updates to TermsDraftHouzz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
